We were at the UCSI Gala Concert 2018.. This concert is in celebration of UCSI being ranked the #1 Private University in Malaysia, the top 100 University Music Faculty in the world & the top 500 University in the world. We were treated to a cocktail session before the concert.
There were varied performances to cater to everyone. These included quartet jazz ensemble, woodwind & brass ensemble, soloist & vocal ensembles. Performers were alumni as well as present students. Memorable performances came from Maxy Chan Mei Xuan & Winnie Ho. Music students who wish to go for tertiary level should prepare themselves early in their teens.
